As our First Impressions Coordinator, you'll be the face of Integrity and the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and employees at our Shared Services Office in Dallas. In this exciting role, you'll create exceptional experiences from the moment someone walks through our doors while ensuring front desk operations are seamless, professional, and welcoming.

Your days will be filled with greeting guests, coordinating office activities, managing communications, and supporting team members across the organization. You'll be the go-to resource for administrative support, hospitality initiatives, and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our office. Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable, with all necessary materials readily available.
• Ensure proper compliance processes and procedures are followed throughout all tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate information in person, by phone, and through email communication.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Assist with hospitality and guest experience projects and initiatives as directed.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, photocopying, document preparation, and other office support functions.
• Support employees by serving as an initial point of contact for administrative needs.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and visitors.
• Perform duties as assigned and provide support to various teams across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Reception, Administrative, Hospitality, Guest Services, or similar role.
• Proficient with technology systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Professional attitude, presence, and demeanor.
• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ownership of processes and outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain resourceful and proactive.
• Approachable and an excellent listener both in person, over the phone, and through remote communication tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Proven ability to complete tasks, projects, and assignments accurately and on time.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing competing priorities.
