Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Title: Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule: Weekend: Every other weekend - Call: None

Assignment Details:

• Daily census: 250
• Beds/Rooms: 59

Requirements:

• License: RN license (GA or Compact) required at time of submission
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Perform telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Administer and monitor sedation for procedures and care of ventilated patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for patients.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Participate in patient triage and prioritization based on acuity.

Compliance / Notes:

• Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance may delay start.
• Onboarding: Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
• All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start.
• Max Request Time Off: 7 days per contract; no RTO requests during orientation or post-offer.
• Holiday expectations: work one major holiday if assigned, expected to work two if two major holidays fall.
