We are on the lookout for a dynamic Banquet Captain to join our team and report directly to the Food & Beverage Managers. In this role, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects with flair, efficiency, and independence.

Main duties include delivering exceptional guest service, overseeing event space, managing banquet server assignments, maintaining a deep knowledge of our menu and beverage list, ensuring all food and beverage services meet the highest quality standards, motivating and mentoring banquet staff, addressing guest concerns promptly, collaborating seamlessly with kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized event space, assisting with opening and closing duties, and contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications include minimum 2-3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced event environment, proven leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of fine dining service etiquette, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Physical requirements include the ability to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands, working on your feet for at least 8 hours, fast paced movements, moving, pulling, carrying, or lifting at least 20 to 60 pounds, occasionally kneeling, bending, crouching and climbing, and using a step ladder.
