Job Description

Join a dynamic candidate Solidworks designer to join the design team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems

• Utilize AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and solid modeling tasks.

• Collaborate with a team of designers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Conduct testing and validation of designs to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical design and machine design.

• Expertise in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks for 3D modeling.

• Strong understanding of solid modeling techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment

You will be joining a team comprising three designers and a manager. The company has recently moved into a new, state-of-the-art building, providing an exciting and innovative work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stevens Point, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
