Johnson Service Group (JSG) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator with strong Paycom experience to support a hospitality organization.

Location: Del Mar, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paycom.
• Manage payroll for a high-volume, hourly/non-exempt workforce.
• Review timecards, hours worked, overtime, and payroll adjustments.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies to ensure accurate employee payments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour regulations.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and coordinate with HR and management as needed.
• Support additional payroll administration and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience processing payroll using Paycom is required.
• Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees preferred.
• Strong understanding of hourly/non-exempt payroll, overtime, and California wage and hour requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and meet payroll deadlines.
