Internet Sales Manager – Whiteface Ford

Location: Hereford, TX  Job Type: Full-Time  Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)  Compensation: Commission-Based | $65K – $125K+

What You'll Do

• Respond to all internet leads quickly — phone, email, text, and chat


• Follow up with leads at every stage, from first inquiry through purchase


• Build rapport with online customers and convert them into showroom appointments


• Provide accurate pricing, vehicle information, and availability


• Maintain digital vehicle inventory across online platforms


• Track all customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM


• Coordinate with the sales floor for a seamless online-to-in-person handoff

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, email, and text


• Self-motivated with relentless follow-up habits


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable with technology


• Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required


• Valid driver's license with a clean record
