Qualifications

• Current Oregon Registry Online (ORO) Step 5 or higher (required)
  
  
• Experience working with preschool-aged children

• Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for supporting children, families, and fellow educators
