Trauam-Informed Youth Residential Counselor

A nonprofit organization in Newport, Rhode Island, is seeking a Direct Service Staff member to support adolescents in a trauma-informed environment. Responsibilities include supervising residents, implementing therapeutic practices, and engaging youth in life-skill activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in a residential setting is preferred. The role requires effective communication and teamwork skills.
