# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Women's Services – Tennessee**Start Date:** September 21, 2026 **Location:** Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 8-week assignment; Full-time 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays; Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care; 1:3 for intermediate care NICU Highlights:

• Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit with 9 beds, plus 1 OB/ED bed, 4-bed NICU, and 1 OR suite
• Documentation systems include Meditech and CPN Central Monitoring
• Equipment includes IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robotics for neonatology, bili-blankets, and PCA pumps
• Joint Commission certified facility with Stroke Center designation, Level II Trauma Center, and Level II NICU
• Comprehensive OB experience including C-sections, circumcisions, intrauterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
• Supportive team environment with seasoned nursing staff averaging 30 years of experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• Labor and delivery experience required, including ability to labor and recover mothers and receive/transition newborns
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
• Advanced skills in fetal monitoring, inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) preferred
• Willingness to float to other units within the facility as needed
• Must adhere to unit dress code policy (pink and/or brown scrubs per infant security requirements)
