Work schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Hybrid/remote work may be available depending on operational and project needs.)

Hopelink programs work in tandem to fill gaps, supporting each family or individual's unique needs. These include food, energy, and financial assistance, housing with case management, mobility management, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), Dial-a-Ride Transit (DART), English for work, family development, and financial capabilities.
The career opportunity:
The Energy Projects Supervisor supports team success by leading and implementing projects that expand the reach, effectiveness, and impact of the Energy Assistance Program. This role is responsible for managing projects related to outreach, conservation education, equity, process improvements, and special funding opportunities.
This role oversees the full project lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation, process design, process monitoring, and continuous improvement. The supervisor will work across departments to coordinate resources, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are successfully integrated into ongoing program operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, supervisory experience, and an accountability mindset towards inspiring staff and achieving team goals.
This position requires regular onsite presence for outreach events, staff support, project implementation, meetings, and collaboration activities. Hybrid work arrangements may be available based on project and operational needs.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and effective decision-making skills to accomplish goals and creatively problem-solve issues.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities and projects through implementation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively while remaining neutral with clients, vendors, other employees, and outside agencies using tact, courtesy, and good judgment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse employees of various levels in the agency, vendors, and other agencies.
- Ability to travel among Hopelink service centers frequently and on short notice.
Examples of what you will be doing:
- Leads the planning and execution of projects that support program growth, access, and service delivery (e.g. Outreach, off-site appointments, conservation education)
- Utilizes project management tools and functions to optimize workflows, streamline collaborations, and increase team productivity.
- Monitor project performance, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Design and implement outreach strategies to increase program awareness, access, and enrollment across all service access points (online, mail-in, and in-person).
- Supervise assigned staff or project-based teams, providing coaching, clear expectations to ensure the success of the project.
- Develop, implement, and maintain clear documentation for project workflows, procedures, and tools
How you will be compensated:
Hopelink is proud to provide meaningful paid time away from work and an affordable, comprehensive benefits package.
- Compensation: $30.56/hour
- Up to 10 paid vacation and sick days annually and 10 paid holidays,
- Plus up to 7 paid float days available to use immediately; dependent on hire date and hours/week
