Job Type & Location Job Type: Per Required Need. Work Location: Market - SS - ME - Augusta. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Overview 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to execute a range of in‑store tasks such as installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. The role requires independent work, meeting deadlines, and using mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Compensation & Benefits $17.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability. Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Schedule & Travel Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required but availability for weekend assignments is needed as requested; early morning and holiday assignments possible. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly (within 24 hours) to field services management and keep availability updated. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional. Participate in early morning installations and multi‑person installations, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to team success. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Project Execution Follow all directives as provided, executing fully and completely. Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate, and drive solutions while achieving operational efficiencies. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team and with local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication across internal teams, clients, and field representatives. Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities while representing the company. Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain transparent respectful communication with all team members. Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success. Customer & Client Satisfaction Ensure customer and client satisfaction and continual improvements in accordance with established shared service field KPIs. Provide and receive feedback to improve service. Qualifications Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed; minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments. Communication Skills: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for timekeeping, photo uploads, application downloads, and internet connectivity; consistent 24‑hour communication with field services management. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience: Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication. Technology: Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; collaborate with the team and work autonomously. Transportation & Travel: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing and able to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment or shift. Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills; make sound decisions, show good judgment, solve problems effectively; work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
