- Facilitate holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan is established from the start.
- Deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
- Perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services that provide the clinical team with the critical data needed for timely medical decisions.
- Empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions to ensure a successful recovery after discharge.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Must work min 8 shifts/mo as needed.
