Job Description The Shipping Associate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. This role involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders, inventory management, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer needs. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assist in inventory control, including counting, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels. Operate shipping software to print labels, manage shipments, and track inventory. Conduct quality control checks on outbound shipments. Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve shipping issues and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Assist in other warehouse tasks as required. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required. Basic computer skills, familiar with shipping software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
