Logistics Clerk
InfraHire
InfraHire is hiring for Logistics Clerk in GA Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy; verify against packing slips. Unload and process incoming and outgoing goods; prepare proper shipping documentation (bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms). Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using inventory management software (ERP/WMS). Optimize storage space and maintain accurate stock levels. Prepare and process purchase orders; monitor vendor lead times and track order delivery status. Resolve invoice or order discrepancies with suppliers. Maintain and organize records of all warehouse transactions. Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries; collaborate with sales, production, and accounting teams to fulfill orders. Use ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS CampusShip). Utilize intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and reporting. Exhibit strong attention to detail, basic math skills, effective communication, and time management. Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
