Step into a contract opportunity supporting students through the renowned Pyramid Program, dedicated to providing integrated behavioral and therapeutic services to students with significant social and emotional needs. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a middle school environment where specialized support and collaboration are key.

You will have the opportunity to shadow an experienced BCBA before fully stepping into the role in December. Your expertise will contribute directly to a small, structured setting within a general education campus, as you work closely with a committed team to foster positive student outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure is required
• Demonstrated experience working with students in therapeutic or special education environments
• Familiarity with creating behavior support plans and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong skills in data collection, behavioral analysis, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students within the Pyramid Program
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Employ data-driven decision making to adjust supports as needed
• Train and guide school staff and paraprofessionals in behavioral strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders
• Support a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Flexibility to attend occasional meetings outside regular school hours

Position Details:

• Full-time, contract assignment (40 hours/week, 7:45am–3:15pm)
• Start date flexible (begin shadowing ASAP, fully assume role in December through end of February)
