Criminal Investigator
As a Criminal Investigator for the Office of Investigations, you will be responsible for the following:
- Plan and carry out the conventional investigative steps needed to complete the case in accordance with established laws, policies, practices, methods, and procedures.
- May perform or participate in surveillance, searches, arrests, interrogations, undercover operations, execution of warrants or subpoenas, and other case-specific investigative activities.
- Prepare clear, concise, accurate, complete, and objective written products presenting the relevant facts, evidence, exhibits, findings, and conclusions of assigned investigations.
- Develop and maintain contact with individuals and organizations that can provide information or operational assistance concerning matters of investigative interest
