Data Modernization Program Manager

Program Manager OnshoreSeasoned Data Modernization Program Manager to lead largescale enterprise data transformation initiatives This role will drive endtoend modernization from legacy platforms eg SSIS SQL Server to modern cloudbased architectures eg Snowflake while acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders data engineering teams and leadershipExperience15 years of experience in Data Analytics Data Engineering Program ManagementProven experience managing large data modernization migration programsStrong experience in Insurance domain PC preferredExposure to AIdriven data engineering automation frameworksExperience transitioning programs into Managed Services MSM modelsStrong program management experience multimillion programs preferredProven ability to manage distributed teams onshoreoffshoreExcellent stakeholder management and executive communicationTechnical SkillsStrong understanding ofSnowflake data warehousing performance cost optimizationSSIS legacy ETL platformsData migration frameworks and toolsExposure toCloud platforms Azure AWSELTETL orchestration data pipelines CICDData quality governance and validation frameworksKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery ExecutionLead endtoend delivery of data modernization programs discovery design migration validation and stabilizationDrive execution across multiple pods and crossfunctional teams onshoreoffshoreEnsure adherence to timelines quality benchmarks and cost functionsAct as a technical mentor for teams in the programDrive strategic conversations with the customerData Modernization Architecture OversightProvide strong oversight on data architecture migration approach and targetstate designDrive transformation from legacy ETL SSIS to modern cloudbased data platforms SnowflakeEnsure data quality validation reconciliation and downstream system alignmentStakeholder Business EngagementAct as the primary point of contact POC for business client stakeholders and leadershipDrive requirement alignment with business domains and downstreamLead governance forums Executive Program Reviews WSR budgeting MOCGovernance Risk ComplianceEstablish strong program governance reporting cadence and escalation managementIdentify and mitigate risks related to data migration downstream integration and performanceEnsure compliance with regulatory audit and data governance standardsPractice Leadership SolutioningAct as data practice anchor for the accountSupport solutioning estimations and SOW development for supplemental data programsDrive standardization best practices and continuous improvement
