Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at In this role, you will: * Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products * Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers * Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record * Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs * Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications * Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues * Provide guidance and training to peers * Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals * Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * Commercial loan servicing experience * Loan IQ operational experience * Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills * Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information * Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment * Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment * Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Job Expectations: * Ability to work on-site * Ability to work hybrid schedule Location: * 401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg A IRVING, TX 75039 Posting End Date: 13 Jul 2026 * Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
