Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.* Build a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.* Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.* Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, MSHA safety, and quality standards.* Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.* Partner with sales, logistics, local stakeholders, regulators and the surrounding community.**What Are We Looking For*** Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field, preferred.* Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required.* Experience with budgeting, cost control and performance metrics.* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.* Sound operational judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced plant environment.* Strong knowledge of crushing and screening operations, mobile/heavy equipment and maintenance practices.* Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.**Work Environment**This role operates within an outdoor, heavy-industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and large mobile equipment.
