What You’ll Do As a Bread Baker, you’ll play a vital role in our bakery’s daily operations. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like: Craft Artisan Bread : Shape, bake, and perfect a variety of artisan loaves with care and precision. Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with our pastry team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and top-notch customer experiences. Maintain Quality Standards : Uphold our commitment to quality by following recipes and techniques that produce exceptional baked goods. Physical Work : Be prepared to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate with: Experience : At least 1 year of bread baking experience. Physical Stamina : Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for long periods. Team Spirit : Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the pastry team and front-of-house staff. Passion for Baking : A love for creating high-quality bread and baked goods.
