Mortgage Loan Processor II

Analyzing and evaluating loan files for compliance, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor II will coordinate with originators, underwriters, and closers to ensure loans are processed efficiently in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Validate and analyze income and asset documentation to ensure compliance with investor guidelines Perform initial appraisal reviews and address any discrepancies or deficiencies found Run Automated Underwriting System (AUS) engines and prepare loan files for underwriting and closing Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Three to five years of mortgage processing or related experience Experience with government and/or conventional loan processing
