Assistant Office Manager – We are seeking an experienced professional who combines strong administrative skills with accounting knowledge and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with our accounting staff and leadership team, providing administrative support while assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. We are looking for someone committed to building a long‑term career and contributing to the continued growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing. Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks. Provide administrative support to the leadership team. Answer incoming calls and assist with general office operations as needed. Support business operations and special projects while leadership is traveling. Qualifications Previous administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team environment. No degree required; relevant experience is preferred.
