Work Environment Our remote work setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance without the pressures of commuting. All administrative tasks, including scheduling and billing, are handled by our dedicated support team, enabling therapists to focus entirely on their clients. You will have the freedom to carry a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week, providing complete flexibility in how you manage your time and resources. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic examinations and short-term counseling, tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups. Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and frameworks to address various mental health concerns, ensuring comprehensive care. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and the clinical team, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Implement therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, skills training, stress management, and couples counseling. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest industry guidelines and research-based practices. Participate actively in clinical team meetings and contribute to quality management and departmental planning initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational procedures. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists work with a diverse client demographic, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. With the flexibility of telehealth, you can provide care tailored to the specific needs of each individual or group, ensuring a supportive and compassionate environment. Qualifications A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D is required. A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution. At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential for effective practice. Preferred Experience Experience in providing evidence-based therapy in a remote setting will be considered a significant asset. Previous work in outpatient settings and with intensive outpatient programs is highly desirable. Expertise in treating co-occurring disorders and family dynamics is a strong plus. Compensation and Benefits Holistic Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
