This role ensures materials, equipment, and the facility itself are maintained to the highest standards and readily available to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment supporting critical field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, staging, and distribution of materials and equipmentSupport facility upkeep and maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and vendor services as neededProvide leadership and coaching to warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safe work practicesMaintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and support continuous improvement in material handling processesEnsure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and equipment operating proceduresOperate and oversee proper use of forklifts, material handling equipment, and company vehiclesTrack and report facility needs, equipment status, and warehouse performance metricsAssist with fleet yard organization and equipment staging for field crewsQualifications2+ years of warehouse, facility, or logistics experience; construction or utility industry exposure preferredDemonstrated leadership ability or prior supervisory experienceWorking knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, and material handling equipmentStrong organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse and yard environmentValid driver's license; forklift certification preferred or ability to obtainPreferred SkillsExperience in utility construction, telecom, or related field environmentKnowledge of fleet support or equipment staging practicesMechanical aptitude and comfort coordinating facility repairsScheduleFull-TimeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceBenefits package including [medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, etc.]Professional growth opportunities within a long-standing industry leaderOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, color, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
