Hiring for COMMERCIAL HVAC Service Technicians Compensation: $35-$42 Plus Commission Opportunities / Employment type: Full Time Action Air Conditioning, Heating and Solar's service and installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and training. - Maintenance and service repairs within safety guidelines for our commercial accounts
- Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving on all common mechanical systems
- Provides preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Performs related work as assigned
- Installs refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems
- Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations
- 5+ years' experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Friendly, personable, and responsible team player
- Possess own basic hand tools
- Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
- Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
- Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade
- Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
- Universal EPA certified
- NATE certified (preferred)
- OSHA Certification (preferred)
- Be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day
