Salary $133,432.00 - $200,158.40 per year Job Summary Los Robles Regional Medical Center is hiring a Nurse Manager for the Acute Rehabilitation unit. The manager will oversee clinical care, staff coordination, and compliance with hospital policies and standards. Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate the delivery of patient care using the nursing process. Interpret and implement physicians' orders, policies, procedures, and professional standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safe patient outcomes. Lead unit staff meetings and performance reviews. Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for the acute rehab unit. Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program. BSN required; MSN preferred. Current California Registered Nurse license. Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross). Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage.
