Responsibilities Conduct analytical testing and experiments using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and other laboratory techniques. Prepare samples, calibrate instruments, and document experimental procedures and results in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in method development and validation for various chemical and biochemical assays. Maintain accurate and detailed lab notebooks and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including formulation, process development, and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the laboratory environment. Support troubleshooting and routine maintenance of HPLC systems and other analytical equipment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 3 year of hands-on research or laboratory experience, preferably in an academic, industrial, or pharmaceutical setting. Proven experience with HPLC instrumentation and analysis techniques. Strong understanding of laboratory best practices and chemical safety. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
