Markham Appliance Repair is a growing, locally owned appliance repair business serving Athens, Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and surrounding North Alabama communities. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Full-Time Appliance Repair Technician to join our team and grow with our company.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Service major appliance brands
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Explain diagnoses and repair recommendations clearly
• Maintain accurate service notes and documentation
• Keep your work area and company vehicle clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service on every call

What We’re Looking For

• Previous appliance repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using a multimeter and reading wiring diagrams
• Ability to diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts
• Professional and dependable
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to continue learning and expanding your skills

HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, maintenance, or other mechanical service experience will also be considered. If you’re mechanically strong and a great problem solver, we are willing to train the right person in appliance repair.
