Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations: Brookfield, WI; Mequon, WI; Oak Creek, WI; Waukesha, WI
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor client progress, conduct assessments, and provide parent training.

Compensation

• $72,000–$90,000 annually , based on experience
• Monthly bonus incentives up to $10,000 annually
• $20,000 hiring bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and FBA assessments.
• Review clinical data and modify programs as needed.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Maintain treatment documentation and authorizations.
• Provide direct client support with a minimum of 28 impact hours per week .
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and team members.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior analysis.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation, and smartphone.
