We're looking for motivated self-starters with innovative thinking to join our team and help us achieve our growth and performance goals.The Cable Assembly Technician is responsible for assembly, testing, and inspection of cables, harnesses, and wire assemblies according to specification and work instructions.Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders.Measure, cut, strip, and terminate wires and cables using appropriate tools and equipment.Crimp, solder, and assemble connectors, terminals, and related components.Perform cable routing and bundling to create harness assemblies.Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and automated equipment safely and effectively.Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and quality checks on finished assemblies.Affix labels, logos, and other exterior details to productsMaintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.Follow 5S according to environmental policiesFollow company quality standards, ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols, and safety procedures.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery.Other duties as assigned.At Safe Fleet, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
