Job Description
Title: Radiation Therapist - Radiation Oncology

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM (8.5-hour shift with 30-minute lunch)
- Weekly hours: 40 guaranteed; 10-hour shifts only during holiday weeks to meet 40 hours

Assignment Details:
- Onboarding: First week 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours orientation)
- On-call: No
- Weekends: No

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Required license/registration: Ohio state license & ARRT (Radiation Therapy Technology)
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Essential equipment/software experience:
- Varian TrueBeam linacs
- Varian Halcyon
- ARIA (version 15 preferred)
- Preferred: Vision RT / OSMS, experience with image guidance (CBCT/kV/mV), SRS/SBRT, DIBH
- Charting/EHR: Epic

Compliance / Notes:
- Candidates must complete fingerprinting as soon as they sign the contract.
- Compliance deadline: Strict cut-off of Tuesday prior to start (no exceptions).
- RTO required with submission and must be built into contract.
- 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager/director or formal supervisor).
- Former employees eligible after 6+ months away; current facility employees may be ineligible for travel assignment.
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
