My Soho Design is focused on creating spaces that are both highly functional and visually extraordinary. Role Description The Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, NJ. This position is responsible for leading kitchen and bath design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, space planning, and the development of design concepts that reflect each client's vision and lifestyle. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, creating drawings and specifications, selecting finishes and FF&E, and coordinating closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution. The Interior Designer will visit job sites, verify measurements, address design challenges, and maintain clear communication with clients to manage expectations and provide updates. This role also contributes to continuous improvement of design standards, supports trade partners, and upholds My Soho Design's commitment to detail, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with a focus on kitchens and baths. Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design intent into buildable documentation. Candidates should possess FF&E expertise, including sourcing, specification, and coordination of finishes, fixtures, and equipment. Candidates should possess proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools. Candidates should possess excellent client-facing communication, time management, and organizational skills. Candidates should possess experience managing multiple projects, collaborating with contractors, and working within construction timelines. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in residential or luxury design; NCIDQ certification or progress toward licensure is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
