Registered Nurse- Bluffton Pediatric Afterhours
The RN II reports to the Ambulatory Services Manager and provides patient-centered nursing care to pediatric patients and their families within the scope of practice and the nursing process. The RN also serves as the Charge Nurse during After Hours operations, offering leadership and guidance to staff, providers, and patients to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
This full-time position consists of two 12-hour shifts (8:30 a.m. 9:00 p.m.), two 8-hour shifts: 12:30 p.m. 9:00 p.m. and every other weekend from 10:30 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
Preference: Charge nurse experience After Hours coverage.
Minimum Requirements: Associate's Degree, and a minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required. Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
