Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment requiring an active MA RN license and 2+ years of ICU experience. Requirements Active MA RN license required in hand at time of consideration Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA) Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required Demonstrated competency in core critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care Evidence of relevant continuing education required CCRN certification preferred Must pass Tele/ECG and Medications competency testing prior to acceptance Responsibilities 14-bed critical care unit with 24-hour intensivist coverage Serves adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Rotating weekends and holidays required 36 hours per week over an 8-week assignment Provide critical care nursing to adult and geriatric ICU patients No holiday RTO permitted, and RTO requests limited to no more than 3 days Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility First-time travelers may be considered Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts Job ID: P-757451 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
