You'll be the first point of contact between Cyagen and the research community — connecting scientists and biopharma teams with the tools that power their next discovery. About Cyagen Cyagen Biosciences is a global life sciences CRO built around a technology platform spanning custom mouse models, humanized immune system models, gene therapy tools, and antibody discovery — supporting researchers and biopharmaceutical companies across the US, EU, China, and Japan to advance drug discovery and disease research. What You'll Do Perform market mapping to identify customers that align with Cyagen's service offerings Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, building a consistent pipeline of researchers and biopharma decision-makers Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify them against ideal customer profiles Maintain CRM hygiene to support accurate forecasting and reporting Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to resolve customer questions What You Bring Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both scientists and business leaders Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure Detail-oriented, dependable, and effective in a collaborative team environment Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, including internships or part-time roles Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer The opportunity to join a fast-growing global biotechnology company with a strong scientific reputation A collaborative working environment alongside colleagues across the US, EU, China, and Japan Competitive compensation, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth The opportunity to directly support researchers advancing drug discovery and disease research #J-18808-Ljbffr Cyagen
