Position: Director of Pharmacy
Location: Peoria, IL 61615
Duration : 1 Month Contract, potential for extension/conversion
Rate: $140.00/Hr
Start Date : ASAP
Description:
Position: Director of Pharmacy plus PIC
Skills preferred: Inpatient Hospital experience
Illinois pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: June 2026
Coverage Hours needed: M-F 8am-4:30pm plus on-call after each shift
Weekend coverage needed: Possible on-call
Order Entry System: HCS; experience preferred
Site Automation: Omnicell; experience preferred
Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral
Staff Size: only DOP
Job Responsibilities/Expectations:
working DOP, work on opening facility, stocking Omnicell,
approving orders, P&T meeting, setting up pharmacy.
No sterile compounding involved
Training provided: HCS & Omnicell training
Dress Code: Business casual
