Chimes is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end pre-hire and onboarding activities for new hires in our Maryland operations. You will coordinate background checks, drug screens, orientation scheduling, and IT/facilities access, while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and use UKG/UltiPro or similar HRIS to track progress, update materials, and support additional HR initiatives in a collaborative, not-for-profit #J-18808-Ljbffr
