Litigation Paralegal
Fast paced law firm in downtown Tampa is looking for one EXPERIENCED Paralegal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a 4 year bachelor's degree.
- Must be an above average typist and be able to transcribe FAST oral dictation under pressure.
- Must be able to compose pleadings, basic motions and discovery documents.
- Must be at an expert level in Word and consistently use shortcut keys.
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Complex Litigation, CM/ECF, e-filing and or trial/hearing preparation is a plus!
- Must have experience with Outlook calendaring.
- Must be detail oriented, have a great vocabulary, experienced proofreader, and work well under extreme pressure.
- Overtime will be necessary and some Sundays required.
- Must comprehend professional office etiquette.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Must be professional in appearance and attire.
