Mandatory Skills: Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agent force , SLC Documentation

Job Description:

10+ years Salesforce experience, specifically at Technical Architect level.
Strong architecture experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce .
Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience is important.
TrackWise Digital experience is a nice-to-have .
Experience creating/working with SLC documentation for Quality Critical Applications .
Must be able to explain the technical reasoning behind architecture and design decisions , not just implement Salesforce.
Strong experience with data modeling, APIs/MuleSoft, integrations, real-time data , security, and compliance.
Practical release management experience using a Waterfall approach .
Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and automated testing is preferred.
Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, and team mentoring skill
