Architectural Designer / Architect

Zone Architecture Studio is seeking an experienced draftsperson to mid-experience draftsperson/architect. Commercial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train if we feel the applicant is a great fit for our company. Responsibilities All aspects of design from initial concept through construction Preliminary office space plans Drafting of construction documents Project scope definition Interior and exterior finish material selection Working with clients to meet or exceed their project needs and goals Coordinating architectural design with engineers Coordinating with contractors during construction Possible attendance at marketing events Assistance in developing and maintenance of project standards Qualifications Modeling in Revit (experience required) Coordinating as needed in AutoCAD Collaboration in Bluebeam Good communication and confidence a must Optional experience with SketchUp, Rendering, Adobe Creative Suite, Photography #J-18808-Ljbffr Zone Architecture Studio
