Working closely with engineering, project management and business development teams, this role translates complex technical solutions into clear, persuasive proposals that highlight KLA’s capabilities, address customer requirements and support business growthA Glimpse of What You’ll DoDevelop technical proposals, executive summaries, management plans and past-performance narratives for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIsCollaborate with engineers, solutions architects, project managers and leadership to translate technical information into customer-focused contentTailor proposals to industry-specific requirements across sports and entertainment, hospitality, healthcare and other commercial marketsReview solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices, proposal outlines and tracking tools to ensure all submission requirements are metManage the proposal development process, including kickoff meetings, timelines, content assignments, reviews and final submissionsCoordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure proposals are accurate, consistent, persuasive and submitted on timeMaintain and update proposal templates, technical documentation, case studies and reusable content librariesIncorporate technical drawings, bills of materials, system specifications and other supporting documentation into proposal materialsHighlight KLA’s technical capabilities, risk mitigation strategies and value proposition to strengthen competitive positioningWhat You’ll BringExperience writing, developing, or coordinating technical proposals, preferably for commercial or public sector opportunitiesFamiliarity with low-voltage systems, structured cabling, enterprise networking, distributed antenna systems (DAS), audiovisual (AV) solutions and building technology infrastructureStrong writing, editing, research and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to interpret technical documentation and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiencesExperience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using document design or proposal management software preferredStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departmentsWhat Sets You ApartExperience developing competitive proposals for projects valued at $1 million or moreFamiliarity with proposal review processes, compliance matrices and formal proposal evaluation methodsExperience with proposal management platforms such as Responsive and document design tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro or InDesignIndustry certifications such as APMP, BICSI RCDD, or AVIXA CTS are preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
