Texas Licensed Health Benefits Director

To lead high-profile client engagements, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Health Benefits Director will develop innovative solutions for health and benefits issues, manage client relationships, and drive market penetration strategies. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor in designing and managing health and benefits programs for large clients Create and execute business strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones while meeting revenue goals Raise awareness of the organization's capabilities through public engagements and contribute to the development of new tools and approaches Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in designing and managing large group health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment Proven track record of managing and growing large client relationships and generating revenue Executive presence with strong written and oral communication skills Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all organizational levels Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required, along with a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining
