Job Overview The SFA will assist in preparation of capital/operating forecasts/budgets, account and trend analysis, and reporting focused on the supported Departments/Business Unit(s). The SFA will provide guidance to leadership on the financial trends and operational drivers behind the results and prepare reports on findings. The SFA will create and/or review financial models with "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions and will assist in communicating recommendations to senior management.

Job Responsibilities : Own consolidation & reporting process for Consumer Postpaid Growth team, support implementation of new accounting/reporting system, and lead support for National Retail channel Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes (e.g. accruals, account analysis) Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadlines Experience building forecast models/financial models Excellent communication skills with ability to develop strong working relationships both within the team and cross-functionally Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings Measure key performance indicators and benchmarking results across accounts, markets, business units, and channels

Education : Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Required)

Work Experience : 4-7 years' Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. (Required) Wireless Telecom experience. (Preferred) Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or Equivalent, Working knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, Database or other reporting tool. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $73,920 - $133,320National Base Pay Range: $67,200 - $121,200 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
