• Active COTA license, with eligibility to practice in educational or healthcare settings
• Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, therapists, and families

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an OTR in accordance with IEP goals and best practices
• Assist in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to support academic and developmental progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
• Participate in, and contribute to, IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance to classroom staff on best practices for facilitating student growth and independence
