What worked:• Good CSR experience in recent with 1-3 years’ exper
ience.• Someone that is comfortable with more number of shifts, also slightly higher preference to those who are fine with morning or late shifts like: 11a-730p, 12p-9p, 8:3
0a-5p.• Fully comfortable with $16/hr as there is no room for negoti
