Behavior Technician – Not just a job. A calling

We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They patiently bring the same positivity to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a kinda tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for that kid, it might be.

We call them teammates who change lives. And we don't need you to have experience to be one. We’ll teach you the skills. But if this sounds like it might be a fit, here's what walking through our door looks like.

• Clinical leadership that's actually there You're never on an island. You’ll receive strong clinical mentorship, real career pathways into leadership, and colleagues who treat your expertise like it matters. Because it does.
• Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with guidance and support from mentors and peers.
• A culture that supports you driven by the values of collaboration and shared success, not competition

What You’ll Do:

You'll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means:

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
• Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days

What We Offer:

• No RBT? $18.24 - $20.00
• Obtained your RBT? Start at $19.19 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $22.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• 401(k) with company match
• $500 referral bonus
• Paid time off, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement
• Full health benefits for full-time team members
• 1:1 client sessions—no group billing or overwhelming caseloads
• A career pathway to become a BCBA with our BCBA Rise Scholarship program that provides up to $10,000 in financial support for your Master’s degree

What we’re looking for:

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
