Events Specialist

Position Overview The Events Specialist assists with coordinating and executing in-person events and promotional initiatives. This role supports logistics, customer engagement, and operational organization during scheduled events. Key Responsibilities Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown. Coordinate materials, displays, and event supplies. Engage attendees and provide event-related information. Monitor event flow and report attendance or engagement metrics. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain organized event documentation and schedules. Support post-event reporting and administrative follow-up. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours when events require. Detail-oriented and team-focused.
