Position Title: CNA / Nurse Assistant

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 weeks

Work Schedule: Nights 5x8-Hour (22:45-7:15) Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00 /hr

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Help patients with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration.
• Provide incontinence and catheter care as permitted by facility policy.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Assist with bed making and maintaining a clean patient environment.
• Answer call lights and respond to patient requests promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transportation when required.
• Document care provided accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) or facility documentation systems.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.

Requirements:

• Active NY License Required
• BLS
• Covid Card
