Community Maintenance Technician - Repairs & Resident Support
Landmark-Properties,-Inc.
Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and preserve the asset's value. You will assist with interior and exterior upkeep and provide friendly, service-driven support to residents and staff. The role requires 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; HVAC certification is a plus. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and be available for weekends and after-hours emergencies to ensure timely #J-18808-Ljbffr Landmark-Properties,-Inc.
