You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue08:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed08:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, access concerns, vehicle traffic issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics and distribution location, including building interiors, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas. Monitor access points and observe activity involving personnel, visitors, and delivery vehicles; report unusual conditions according to site procedures. Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Loss prevention experience is preferred. A current guard card or applicable license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
